FREE Priority Mail Shipping

Bedford Camera & Video now offers free USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) shipping on all online orders totaling $199 or more. This offer extends to any shipping location in the 50 United States. Excludes oversize and freight items or items with fixed shipping costs. Free shipping is available for orders completed using our online cart only, items ordered in our store or by phone will not qualify for free shipping. 

Delivery Types & Costs

Calculate Your Delivery Charges Online! Did you know the Bedford's website can calculate your delivery costs online? Just proceed to checkout to see the delivery charges for the items currently in your shopping cart. Our site calculates actual delivery fees based on destination, so you need to plug-in your zip code for us to generate the freight amount. Note: These are the fees that are charged for orders placed online. 

Same-Day Service

We aim to impress you with our fast and accurate service. If your Web order is received by 4 p.m. C.T. and is in stock, we will make sure delivery starts that same day! And, if you request any type of express delivery service through UPS or USPS, you receive same-day service, right up until 5:30 p.m. on in stock items. Same-day guarantee applies to UPS and USPS deliveries only and does not include orders received during weekend or holiday hours.

Our default delivery service is UPS Surface, Fayetteville, Akransas. See the map below for approximate delivery times in the United States.

Delivery & Insurance Charges

All orders will be billed actual delivery charges, including those not deliverable by UPS Surface (to such addresses as APO, FPO and P.O. Box) and orders containing items subject to delivery restrictions. Items too large for UPS Surface delivery are delivered by truck, Freight Collect, within 24 hours of ordering. Please ask our Technical Sales Representative for an estimate of your delivery charges. 

Next-Day Delivery

Need your equipment tomorrow? Simply select one of our expedited delivery options during checkout, and we'll take care of it. Remember, orders submitted after 4 p.m. on business days and orders submitted on weekends and holidays are delivered on the next business day. The orders are subject to in-stock availability and payment verification. Some restrictions apply, such as for oversized and hazardous items. Indicate in the Order Notes during checkout if you have any special concerns or questions about your delivery. We will contact you promptly.
