We are excited to announce that our PhotoExpo will be back in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 17-18, 2024! If you have a passion for photography or just looking for a new career or hobby… you will become inspired at the Photo Expo! The PhotoExpo is two full days of photographic bliss featuring world- renowned photographers as keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, our famous Friday night photo walk, model shoots, manufacturer representatives, a huge interactive trade show, classes, prize giveaways, photo critiques, photo contest and more! Inspire, Learn, Discover at PhotoExpo in the Rock!
Private Classes from the Best
This is your opportunity to work with our keynote speakers in a small intimate group with hands-on instruction. Be sure to reserve your spot for these classes as they fill up quickly and limited space available.
Each of the Private Classes and Zoo Excursion is an additional $50.
Always Popular Photo Walks
We will take Little Rock by storm at our always popular photo walk! We will be meeting in front of the Convention Center at 7:45pm for a group photo. We will then hit the streets around the River Market and along the Riverfront for a fun night shooting the sights and sounds of Little Rock! You are welcome to shoot on your own or join one of the popular photo walk guides below.
Lighting - Models
• It's always a blast hanging out with Robert leading the photo walk with an emphasis on shooting the beautiful Expo models!
Street Photography
• Join up with Fabrizio as he hits the streets of Little Rock sharing his insights on street photography.
Light Painting
• Join Danny as he makes magic with light! These amazing images will amaze, as he shares his tips and techniques.
Creative Lighting
• Back by popular demand, Michael will share his incredible lighting tech niques as he captures amazing portraits on the Arkansas River.
Zoo Excursion with Ron Magill
THURSDAY MAY 16TH, 2024 1PM – 4PM
Join Ron Magill, Nikon Ambassador at the Little Rock Zoo on Thursday May 16, 2024 for a special PRE-EXPO event. You will want to sign up for this early, as we are limiting the number of attendees. Your $50 ticket price will include entrance to the zoo, and a presentation by Ron Magill. Ron has worked with wildlife for over 40 years. He is the host of HITN’s national wildlife documentary program, Mundo Salvaje con Ron Magill. As Zoo Miami’s “Goodwill Ambassador," he has made frequent television appearances on many programs including, National Geographic Explorer, the Discovery Networks, the Today Show, Good Morning America, The Late Show, CBS This Morning, Dateline, and CNN as well as on Spanish networks Univision and Telemundo. In addition, he has written and produced many wildlife articles and award-winning photographs that have appeared in publications and galleries around the world. He has traveled extensively throughout Africa, Asia and Tropical America while developing and directing conservation projects and Emmy- Award winning documentaries focusing on the wildlife of those regions.
12:30PM Meet at the Main Zoo Entrance (Do not come to the Convention Center) – Everyone will meet at the Zoo.
1:00PM We will enter the Zoo as a group.
(If you arrive after the group enters, you will need to pay to enter the zoo) we will be entering at 1:PM sharp!
1:30PM - 2:15PM A Walk on the Wild Side: The Joys of Photographing Animals. Ron Magill, Nikon Ambassador
Ron will share his vast knowledge of photographing wildlife with an emphasis on Zootography!
2:15PM – 4:00PM Hands-On photographing the sights and sounds of the Little Rock Zoo.
ZOOTOGRAPHY PHOTO CONTEST

All images must be taken at the zoo during our Zoo Excursion. You may submit up to 3 images to enter the contest. Images should not be more than 3mb in size. All winners will be notified.

The Little Rock Marriott is our host hotel for the Photo Expo. We have a limited number of rooms available at the Expo rate of $159 per night. There are other hotels in the area, however this is the most convenient. Located in the heart of the bustling downtown River Market District close to the Capitol building and walkable to all the dining/entertainment options, the hotel is a short 7 miles by expressway (12 minutes), from Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport

Returns Policy
Orders over $99.00 will receive free FedEx Ground shipping (typically 2-3 business day shipping) in the contiguous (lower- 48) United States. In stock orders placed after 1:00pm CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day. Orders submitted online before 1:00pm CST, Monday - Friday will be processed that same day. though, this does not guarantee that your order will ship that same day. Orders are subject to verification and sometimes require additional information from the cardholder. These precautions are made with the card holder's interests in mind. We will attempt to reach the cardholder for up to five (5) working days after the order has initially gone through our verification department. After the allowed time, and if we are not able to verify the credit cardholders information, we will cancel and refund the pending order.
