FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping


Orders over $199.00 will receive FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping  (2-3 business day shipping) in the contiguous (lower- 48) United States. In stock orders placed after 1:00pm CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day. Orders submitted online before 1:00pm CST, Monday - Friday will be processed that same day. Though, this does not guarantee that your order will ship that same day. Orders are subject to verification and sometimes require additional information from the cardholder. These precautions are made with the card holder's interests in mind. We will attempt to reach the cardholder for up to five (5) working days after the order has initially gone through our verification department. After the allowed time, and if we are not able to verify the credit cardholders information, we will cancel and refund the pending order. Orders placed after 1:00pm CST Fridays will not ship until the following Monday.

The $199 order total is calculated after all rebates and bundle discounts have been applied. Gift Cards, duties, and taxes do not count towards the $199 order total. Our free shipping is available for orders completed using our online cart only, items ordered in store or by phone (approved by Bedford Executive Team members only) will not qualify for free shipping. 

 

Delivery Types & Costs


Calculate Your Delivery Charges Online! Did you know the Bedford's website can calculate your delivery costs online? Just proceed to checkout to see the delivery charges for the items currently in your shopping cart. Our site calculates actual delivery fees based on destination, so you need to plug-in your zip code for us to generate the shipping charge. Note: These are the fees that are charged for orders placed online. 

 

 

Shipping & Order Deadline


Our default delivery service is USPS(2-3 days) most orders ship from, Springdale or Little Rock, Arkansas. We also offer, UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day Air. All orders valued over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. If there is any problem regarding the shipping for your order, a Bedford's eCommerce customer service representative will contact you.

Same Day Service


We aim to impress you with our fast and accurate service. If your online order is received by 1 p.m. C.T. and is in stock, we will make sure order fulfilment starts that same day! And, if you request any type of express delivery service through UPS or USPS, you will receive same-day service, right up until 3:30 p.m. on in stock items. Same-day guarantee applies to UPS and USPS deliveries only and does not include orders received during weekend or holiday hours.

Next-Day Delivery


Need your equipment tomorrow? Simply select one of our expedited delivery options during checkout, and we'll take care of it. Remember, orders submitted after 1 p.m. on business days and orders submitted on weekends and holidays may not ship until the next business day. The orders are subject to in-stock availability and payment verification. Some restrictions apply, such as for oversized and hazardous items. Indicate in the Order Notes during checkout if you have any special concerns or questions about your delivery. We will contact you promptly.

We cannot ship to customers with billing or shipping addresses outside of the continental United States of America, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to any third party courier services intending to reship your order. We do not ship to private PO boxes. Should shipping or billing questions arise and we are unable to contact you with the information provided we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We reserve the right to decline orders with differing billing and ship to address. We will not fulfill dealer transshipments orders. Please note that your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase, regardless of availability status.
