We cannot ship to customers with billing or shipping addresses outside of the continental United States of America, excluding Alaska and Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship to third-party courier or freight forwarding services for reshipment, private P.O. boxes, or any address where the billing and shipping information do not match, and we reserve the right to decline such orders. Dealer transshipment orders will not be fulfilled. If we cannot verify shipping or billing details, or cannot reach you using the contact information provided, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
In-store pickup orders will only be released when the customer name on the order matches the name on a valid government-issued photo ID and the billing name on the order confirmation email. All orders are preauthorized for the full purchase amount. For standard checkout with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express, your card will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping. Payments made via Affirm, Apple Pay, PayPal, or PayPal Credit may be charged immediately when your order is processed, regardless of availability or preorder status. Please allow up to one business day for payment verification and order processing.
We cannot ship batteries via overnight or air services—no exceptions. This includes camera batteries, lithium-ion batteries, AAA, AA, or any other battery type. For questions regarding these terms, please contact us at 1-800-333-4280 ext. 3.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturer price increases after an order has been placed, discontinued or unavailable products, errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing, and suspected fraudulent activity or violations of our policies. If your order is canceled, you will be promptly notified, and any payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

SMS messages may include notifications and status updates regarding camera or lens repairs, special-order merchandise, photo lab orders, photo finishing services, and other customer-requested services.
